Remedy Asset Solutions LLC ("Remedy", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect. When you contact us through our website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company, and message. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site.
How we use it. Contact information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and conduct business you request with us. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention. Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations.
File hosting service. If you use Remedy File Host, we additionally collect and store the files you upload, associated metadata (file name, size, type, upload time), your account and API key information, and the IP address of each upload and download. This data is used to operate the service, enforce our terms, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Files you mark private are access-restricted by password; they are not end-to-end encrypted, and authorized Remedy staff may access files where required to investigate abuse or respond to legal process.
Your rights. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing contact@remedy.global. File host users may delete their uploaded files at any time through the service; deleted files are purged from our systems within 30 days, excluding backups retained for disaster recovery.
Use of this site. By using remedy.global you agree to these terms. Content on this site is provided for general information about our services and may change without notice.
Services. Vending placement, retail distribution, print, and hosting services are provided under separate written agreements. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer; pricing and availability are confirmed per engagement.
Intellectual property. All content, logos, and designs on this site are the property of Remedy Asset Solutions LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
File hosting — eligibility and access. Remedy File Host is an invite-only service. Access may be granted, suspended, or revoked at our sole discretion. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys confidential and for all activity under them.
File hosting — your content. You retain ownership of files you upload. By uploading, you grant Remedy a limited license to store, copy, and transmit your files solely as needed to operate the service. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights to upload and share it.
File hosting — acceptable use. You may not upload or share content that is unlawful; infringes intellectual property rights; contains malware; constitutes child sexual abuse material; violates another person's privacy; or is used for spam, phishing, or harassment. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this policy without notice.
Copyright complaints (DMCA). If you believe content hosted on our service infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to contact@remedy.global including: identification of the copyrighted work, the URL of the infringing file, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act. We respond to valid notices by removing the identified content and may terminate repeat infringers.
File hosting — retention and termination. We may set storage limits, file size limits, and retention periods. We may delete files or terminate the service with reasonable notice where practical, and immediately for terms violations. Keep your own backups; Remedy File Host is not a backup service and we are not liable for data loss.
Limitation of liability. This site and our services, including Remedy File Host, are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Remedy is not liable for damages arising from use of this site or our services, including data loss or service interruption, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify Remedy against claims arising from content you upload or your violation of these terms.
